Composition: Aucubinglucoside, bitter and vaccine substances (about 4%), vitamin K, carotene, ascorbic acid, (20.7-42.2%), lemon, chlorogene and neochlorogenic acids, steroid saponins, mucus, essential oils and so on. Pharmacological effects: Plantago has an inflammation and antiseptic effect. Brewed plantago increases the secretion of bronchial spasms, relieves mucus and facilitates evacuation of the respiratory tract. The plantago has a featureto improve stomach secretion and anti-diarrhea feature.
Instruction: The plantago is appointed during acute and chronic laryngitis, bronchitis, bronchial asthma, chronic gastritis, stomach and duodenal ulcer disease, chronic enteritis, colitis.
How to use: Put the 1-2 filter-bags in 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, then filter. Take 1-2 times a day. Not a medicine. Store in a dry, dark place. Shelf-life: 2 years.
