About Inula
Instruction: As anexpectorativeagent, the root of the inula and the rhizomatousis used in the acute and chronic diseases of the respiratory tract and in the flu. It is also prescribed for inflammatory, digestive and gastrointestinal disorders (hyperacid gastritis, duodenitis, diarrhea, etc.).
How to use: Put the 1-2 filter- bags in 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water for 30 minutes, cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, then filter. Take 2 times a day for 1 glass each time, an hour before meals. Tea decoction can be stored in a cool place for up 2 days. Not a medicine. Store in a dry, dark place. Shelf-life: 2 years.
