Composition: Pharmaceutical chamomile flowers. Instruction: The essential oil of pharmaceutical chamomile flowers has a disinfectant and anti-inflammatory action. Tea is used internally for bowel spasms, flatulence, diarrhea, menstrual disorders, and as a diaphoretic.

How to use: Put the 2 filter-bags in 100 ml (½ glass) of boiling water for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature. Adults take in 2-3 tablespoons, children 1 dessert spoon 3-4 times a day. Not a medicine. Store in a dry, dark place. Shelf-life: 2 years.
